However, as a natural consequence of photo angling, lighting or product popularity, variations in colour, size, shape and look may occur, and certain styles may not be available until further notice. Jurisdiction/Disputes/Choice of Law
These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune.
