Returns and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Hippikart. We strive to provide a seamless and satisfying shopping experience for our customers. Please read our Returns and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility Criteria:
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be initiated within 15 Days from the date of delivery.

1.3 Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Log in to the Return Page
- Enter the Order Number & Email/Phone Number and click on click in Find your order.
- Select the order containing the item you wish to return.
- Follow the instructions to initiate the return process.

1.4 Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

A reverse shipment fee of Rs 50 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 50 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.
Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address.
Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.


2. Refunds

2.1 Refund Process:
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 days.

2.2 Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund after the specified period, please check with your bank and contact us at customercare@hippikart.com for further assistance.

3. Exchanges

To ensure you receive the item you desire as quickly as possible, please return the item you have first. Once your return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Important: Before shipping the package or handing it to our courier partner, it is mandatory to capture a video or photo.

We do not support practices such as "wear and try" returns. Please place an order only if you genuinely intend to keep our products and after thoroughly checking the size charts and other details. Unlike Myntra or Amazon, we do not encourage frequent returns.

Please note that the shipping fee of Rs 50 for COD orders will not be refunded.

Things To Consider

The customers are requested to check the size guide before placing the order.
The color of the product(s) may vary as per the customer's screen resolution.
Please provide your WhatsApp registered number for timely updates and a better shopping experience.
If the customer receives a torn parcel/unrelated product(s)/empty parcel, they are requested to raise a query within 24 hours of delivery.
For a safer side, we suggest our customers to create an unboxing video of the parcel too.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team at customercare@hippikart.com within 3 Days of receiving the product. We will guide you through the return and replacement process.

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Note: It is mandatory to capture a video/photo before shipping the package or handling it to our courier partner.
    We do not encourage practices like wear and try and return , if you genuinely want our products only then place an order after checking the size charts and other details . We are not Myntra/Amazon to encourage these practices.
    Please also note that the shipping amount of 50 for cod orders will not be refunded
