  1. Estimated Delivery Time:
    For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 7 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). However items weighing over 2 kilos or high volume may take a couple of days longer to reach. For other areas the products will be shipped through Indian Postal Service and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location.

    The delivery date displayed while placing the order i.e. on the Product Details, Cart, Checkout and Order Confirmation page and in the order confirmation email are tentative. It may change once the order is shipped. Post shipment of the order, an Estimated Delivery Date will be displayed in the 'Order Details' under 'My Account ' section which will help you to keep a track of the shipment status of your order.

  2. Address Change:
    You can change the delivery address of your order only if the order is in Confirmed or Pending status and none of the item(s) purchased in the order are shipped. However, if there are any variations in the charges/taxes (if any) applied for the original delivery address used while placing the order v/s the delivery address to be updated, the request for updating the delivery address might not be accepted.

  3. Shipping Methods:
    We offer standard and expedited shipping options.
    Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

  4. Non-availability on Delivery:
    Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.

  5. Shipping Locations:

  6. Order Tracking:
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
    You can track your order using the provided tracking number through our website or the carrier's website.

  7. Shipping Costs:
    We provide free shipping on all prepaid orders. If you choose COD payment method, we levy a Rs. 50 COD charge for every product you order. level charge will be visible to you in the cart as well as when you enter the shipping address while you are checking out with your order.
    These shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order.
    The shipping charges can be modified by Hippikart at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout flow.
    Every once in a while, Hippikart brings out various offers in an attempt to satisfy customers. Various offers could be introduced for a limited span of time that enable free shipping of goods, subject to the fulfillment of the terms and conditions attached to the offer.

  8. Delivery Delays:
    Hippikart Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
    Customers will be notified promptly if there are any significant delays in the shipment of their orders.

  9. Incorrect Shipping Information:
    It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information.
    Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.

  10. Lost or Stolen Packages:
    Hippikart Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
    Please ensure that you provide a secure delivery location or consider using a delivery address where someone can receive the package.

  11. Returns Due to Failed Delivery Attempts:
    If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

  12. Convenience Charges:
    Hippikart can levy convenience charges on specific orders basis the products, pin code, or the size of the shipment.
    Platform and Convenience Fee: Hippikart reserves the right to levy a Platform and Convenience charge on orders. Platform & Convenience fee is applied to help us continuously maintain and improve the hassle-free shopping and smooth fulfillment experience.
    This charge is not related to the shipping charges and can be applied to the order irrespective of the shipping cost (refer ‘Shipping Charges’ section above for more details on shipping cost).
    It is possible that an order can have-
    1. only shipping charges applied (basis the order value),
    2. only convenience charge applied or
    3. both shipping charge and convenience charge applied. Convenience charges, if applied, will be shown in the ‘Shipping Cost’ field in the cart/checkout sections. Users can see the details on the type of charge applied by clicking on the tooltip which is available on cart/checkout with the ‘shipping Cost’ field in the payment summary section.

    These convenience charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order.

    Hippikart reserves the right to modify the logic of applying convenience charges on orders at any point without prior intimation.
